*Corfu, known as Kerkyra in Greek, owes its name to the Nymph Korkyra, the daughter of the River God, Asopus. According to the myth, Poseidon, God of the Sea, fell in love with Nymph Korkyra, brought her to this island, and named it after her.

Welcome to Kopelula where the spirit of Greek mythology comes alive.

Kopelula is a unique Corfiot word that, like our resort, represents kind and warm hospitality, just like the one Odysseus received upon arriving in Corfu after 10 years of hardship.

Corfu is referred to as the Garden of the Gods and Kopelula Island Resort is inspired by that. Located at the heart of Corfu, surrounded by green nature, only minutes away by car from all the hot spots like the old and new port, the UNESCO World Heritage old city, and the airport.

The unique location, just up the river (therefore the name of the village – Potamos), allows easy access to all the famous tourist attractions in Corfu, like Paleokastrisa, the Achillion palace, the breathtaking beaches of the east coast like Barbati, Nissaki, Kassiopi, and so much more.

Kopelula offers a large variety of accommodation possibilities to choose from and amazing outdoor activities and experiences to make your vacation unforgettable.

We gave each Villa/ Studio/ Holiday apartment a local name as an inspiration and homage to the magicistic Island (and also a code name for convenience) –

Each villa (150 sqm, 4 BR, max 10 people) is fully equipped to the highest standards with the following facilities –
