Cycas Estate is a ground floor apartment of 150 sq.m., with a private garden, just 300m away from the Spianada square.

It is fully equipped for absolute comfort. There is a big private garden with outdoor furniture. You will find 2 queen size beds and 4 single beds. The house is recently renovated with air conditioning and with 2 full bathrooms, showers and a WC. There is a large TV in the living room. The kitchen covers all the needs for food preparation and comfort. In the living room you will find a three-seater sofa and a dining table.

Free secured parking space for 2 cars. The street is not central and is very quiet and safe.

Opposite there is the tennis academy of Corfu. You can practice and play tennis on appointment.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment such as cookware, glasses, cutlery and everything you need to prepare great meals with, electric hobs, oven, toaster, fridge, kettle, espresso coffee machine. We also provide essentials such as tea, coffee and cooking oil.

Our house has wonderfully comfortable luxury beds and mattresses, white luxury cotton bed linen, quality linen and lovely fluffy towels.

BATHROOM: modern decoration with shower, hairdryer. Separate towels for make up. In addition, there is free shampoo & shower gel for one use as well as slippers.

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting:
Disinfected and sanitised high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitised soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed Dinnerware:
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
