Villa with garden in Corfu

My villa is ideally located in the centre of Corfu. The villa is renovated in the summer of 2018 and all the beds and the bathroom furniture and the kitchen are new. In my villa, you will enjoy both its interior spaces as well as the outdoor garden that consists of many trees and flowers. Up to 5 people can stay in the Villa, and private and enclosed parking space is available for 2 cars. It has all the comforts that will make you feel like your home! My villa is on one level. Consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds that can be joined together to create a king-size bed).

Also in the living room, there is a sofa that converts to a double bed as well. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new electrical appliances. The fully renovated bathroom will satisfy your needs. The living room consists of a round table with four chairs and a corner sofa as well as another sofa-bed. Each room is air-conditioned. Each room has a Led – TV and free wireless internet (wifi). Outside you will find a very large balcony with a lovely white table and 6 comfortable wooden chairs. Here you can enjoy every meal of your day. Our unique garden hosts many trees and flowers. Inside the property, there is a covered and shaded parking space that can accommodate two cars. The exterior space is automatically illuminated at night.

My villa is located in a unique area in the centre of the island. 500 meters away is the general hospital. 1 km away is the largest marina in Greece, the marina of Gouvia. Within driving distance (8 – 10 minutes) you can enjoy the beautiful and clean Ionian sea. 500 meters away is a large supermarket AB Vasilopoulos. The city of Corfu is only 4 km away and communicates with a highway. Inside the property, there is parking with shades to protect your car. It can accommodate 2 cars. 500 meters away from the villa you can find a bus stop towards the town of Corfu or the beach.
