Villa Salvatore by the beach invite you and your chosen ones to relax, unwind and create happy memories at Nissaki in the beautiful and historical island of Corfu! Rented out as one unit, and accommodating up to 12 people, it is the ideal setting to allow families, couples and friends to enjoy togetherness but privacy too. Rented out as one unit and accommodating up to 12 people split, but split into 3 units allows guests to enjoy privacy when they choose to take some moments away from the group.

On entering from the main double entrance of the house, you are welcomed into a spacious and bright reception area with sea views. The cool marble floors ensure the villa is a haven from the hot summer sun. On your left large living room area opens in front of you, complete with double French windows that open to a balcony where the sea beckons you, and a large dining table. There is also a sizeable and fully equipped kitchen to satisfy the foodie in all of us. The kitchen balcony almost encircles the house, leading to the front balcony where a covered circular verandah with sea views allows you to enjoy al-fresco breakfast, afternoon coffee or late drinks. There are sea views close enough to touch throughout the front of the house. A serene twin bedroom and bathroom completes this side of the villa.

On the other side of the house, you are led up the marble floor corridor to two further romantic double bedrooms, both boasting sea views and benefiting from the magical Mediterranean light and their own balcony. A large new bathroom with comfortable bath will ensure you unwind after a long day in the sun and get ready for an evening outing. The Ground Floor Apartment is really spacious and wonderfully designed, with immediate access to the garden and the outdoors. This two twin bedroom complex on the ground floor comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen and living room with dining table. With marbled floors throughout, modern bathroom, air-conditioning and access to the swimming pool area you are guaranteed to have all you need and enjoy some privacy. The studio This is really a one bed flat! It has a double bedroom with a sizeable separate living and dining room area and boasts direct access through French doors to the sunken terrace with swimming pool, sitting area and the sea just further beyond! A modern bathroom and kitchen area complete the flat. Although smaller than the other parts of the villa, it is in fact very spacious and allows full independence whilst enjoying access to all the amenities.

Holidays on a Greek island would not be complete without the sea! At Villa Alexia, the Ionian is at your feet – in fact only a 10m distance! The Villa is south facing, which means it benefits from the magical Mediterranean sunlight throughout most of the day, giving you glorious views of the sparkling clear blue–green waters and is protected from the north-westerly winds. The pebbly beach can be reached just by opening a gate from the terrace of the house and walking on the wooden walkway and into the sea! The waters are shallow enough to enter by the beach but deep enough to swim in. You can hire a boat from nearby Nissaki Boat Rentals, which can be moored at a jetty our property shares with the adjacent property and is within walking distance. Depending on the weather, the boat rental staff may choose to take the boat back at night to moor it safely and bring it back to you at your chosen time in the morning at no extra cost. Local tavernas also offer a water taxi service that allowing you to get to your dinner in style! Swimming in the clear blue Ionian Waters is a pure delight.

On a clear day you can see Corfu town just opposite. The private swimming pool with sea views is at your disposal for even more privacy! It is 9 x 4.5m and is regularly fully serviced. Perfect for an afternoon swim, for regular dips whilst working on your tan, or maybe for a midnight swim with a full moon? Unwind and forget yourself whilst you sip your iced coffee or cocktail by the pool in the loungers, read a book, or just spend time with your loved ones… There is also an outdoor shower for use after a pool or sea swim for your convenience. Whether you want to swim, float, dip in and out or just gaze at it, the pool will ensure you make the most of the long hot days.
